This is an amazingly delicious low fat vegan salad dressing. You can use any greens for this, but it tastes exceptionally great with chard, romaine lettuce and some kale. This salad dressing does not use any oil or dairy to make it creamy. It relies on avocado for this instead, which is a much healthier option. Hope you enjoy!



  • 1/2 cup GF tamari soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp of water
  • 1 large mashed up avocado
  • 2 tbsp of fresh lemon
  • 4 tbsp of agave nectar, honey or brown sugar  (add more or less to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 3 stalks of green onions chopped up or chives


  1. Place ingredients in bowl or blender.
  2. Mash avocado into mixture or put blend in blender.
  3. Mix into your salad. We used chard, romaine lettuce and kale.
  4. Top with sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds if you would like.
