matcha-cookies
These no bake half matcha, half chocolate cookies give you the best of both worlds. The two flavours compliment each other really well and make a yummy dessert or even pre work out snack.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blended rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup ground cashews
  • 1/2 cup ground fresh coconut flesh
  • 1 1/2 cups medjool dates
  • half a medium ripe avocado
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 4-5 tsp matcha tea powder
  • 4-5 tsp raw cacao powder

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except matcha and raw cacao powder in a food processor or mash by hand.
  2. Separate the dough into two halves
  3. Add matcha powder to one half and mix and the cacao powder to the other
  4. Roll one small ball out of the matcha mixture and one out of the cacao mixture
  5. Press the mactha ball and cacao ball together
