Here is a healthy raw vegan alternative to your average calorie packed ice cream. Put all ingredients in a good blender. Add more milk alternatives as needed. You can make variations of this recipe by adding other optional ingredients below.


  • 2-3 Ripe bananas (frozen)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 4-5 tbsp of raw walnuts
  • 4 tbsp almond or coconut milk (more if needed)
  • 2-4 ice cubes

Additional Ingredients:

  • maple syrup
  • cinnamon powder
  • raw carob powder
  • raw peanut butter
  • cacao powder
