Eating clean and eating raw vegan can be so quick and easy it’s crazy. This yummy dessert takes less than 5 minutes to make. Simply add all the ingredients into a food processor or blender. Sprinkle berries and nuts on top if you would like. You can chill this dessert and save it for later. If you want it colder you can also use frozen bananas.


  • 1 ripe avocado
  • half ripe banana
  • 10 – 12 ripe blackberries (other fresh berries also work)
  • 1 tsp of organic vanilla extract
  •  almond or coconut milk (as needed for  consistency)

Additional Optional Ingredients:

If you want to mix it up a bit try adding some or all of these ingredients

  • cut up bananas
  • 2 tsp soaked raw almonds and cashews (sprinkled on top)
  • add other types of berries

Need it sweeter?

Some of us prefer our desserts a bit sweeter. You can try adding the following to sweeten this dessert more.

  • Agave nectar
  • Coconut sugar
  • Maple syrup
  • More ripe bananas!!
