Chia seeds are amazing for your health! There are lots of benefits from ingesting these little things.  You can mix up all these ingredients together and leave in your fridge overnight or wait 20 -30 minutes for the chia seeds to puff up. If you have never made anything with chia seeds before they we continue to absorb water and grow in size. It is a good idea to stir this after 2 minutes to make sure all the seeds are coated with liquid.


  • 4 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk, water, or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup freshed juiced orange
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp raw carob powder
  • Your choice of sweetener (see “need it sweeter” below)
Additional Ingredients
  • Vanilla bean
  • Raw carob chips
  • Whipped up banana
  • Ground up flax seed

  • Blended dates
  • Brown rice syrup
  • Agave nectar
  • Coconut Sugar
  • Maple Syrup
  • Stevia
