Love this when I am craving something sweet for breakfast, after dinner or it’s even great for a snack during the day.



  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup of raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla bean
  • 1/1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 2 tsb of chia seeds

Additional Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, cashews or almonds
  • Coconut flakes
  • 3 tsb of pumpkin seeds
  • Diary free chocolate chips
  • Raw carob powder


  1. Mash all ingredients together by hand, with a blender or food processor until at a pudding like consistency
  2. Add your additional ingredients and coconut sugar, agave nectar or your favourite sugar to sweeten
  3. Eat!!!
