I’ve been loving these yummy plantain chips! You can use more plantains if you would like and just double up on the mixture.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne
  • 3 plantains

Directions:

  • Spray baking sheet
  • Slice plantains about  1/8-inch thick
  • Put on baking sheet
  • Sprinkle mixture
  • Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes
  • Then turn the chips and bake for another 10-15 minutes until browned
