This is so yummy in the morning or for a treat!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk or other milk alternative
  • 1/4 Lemon Juice (fresh if possible)
  • 1 tbsp organic vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of dried sweetened cranberries (optional)
  • 2 tbsp for raw walnuts
  • Sweeten with 2-3  small dates blended or 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or your preferred sweetener (sweeten to taste)

Additional Optional Ingredients:

If you want to mix it up a bit try adding some or all of these ingredients

  • Coconut flakes
  • Sesame seeds
  • Cranberries
  • Figs (chopped up)
  • Fresh berries
  • Pecans or other raw nuts

Need it sweeter?

Some of us prefer our desserts a bit sweeter. You can try adding the following to sweeten this dessert more.

  • Agave nectar
  • Coconut sugar
  • Maple syrup
