I love peanut butter, so discoveringPB2, which has 85% less fat and calories has been amazing! PB2 is powdered peanut butter with a large portion of the fat removed. It’s ideal for recipes like this where you would like that yummy taste of peanut butter without the guilt. You can also substitute PB2 with regular peanut butter in this recipe.


  • 1 1/2 cups blended rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup ground fresh coconut flesh (or favourite nut)
  • 1 1/2 cups medjool dates
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup of PB2 or regular peanut butter
  • water if needed to make stickier


  1. Add all ingredients in a food processor or mash by hand
  2. Roll in bite size balls. You can also then roll these in shredded coconut or PB2

Additional Optional Ingredients:

  • raisins
  • raw vegan chocolate chips
